It features a large collection of health care policy experts who believe health care competition and quality go hand in hand. The Web site is an initiative of the National Center for Policy Analysis' Rapid Response in health care- the purpose of which is to promote consumerism in health care and correct misinformation while promoting sensible solutions to America's health care problems.
